Transparency about your data
Privacy policy
This website does without marketing and social media services as well as externally loaded fonts. We only use Google Analytics if you consent. Here you’ll find which data is processed, and why.
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is:
primover · owner Tom AdebahrWülpensand 9
22559 Hamburg
tom@adebahr.de
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on a server in Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically records data transmitted by your browser: the address requested, date and time, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, the previously visited page and the IP address. This data is technically necessary to deliver the page and to secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation). The data is not combined with other sources. Log files are kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.
3. Waitlist and email
When you join the waitlist, we process your name, your work email address, your company and your role, your voluntary details (industry, use case, AI assistants, CRM, message) and the page you signed up on. We use the details to inform you about the launch of primover and to evaluate which roles and use cases are in demand. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The details are delivered by email and logged on the server for traceability; this log is not publicly accessible. You receive a confirmation of your details by email. We delete the data as soon as you withdraw your consent or the purpose no longer applies. You can withdraw your consent at any time without formality, for example by email.
4. Protection against automated submissions
The form contains an additional field that is invisible to you and checks how long completion took. This lets us detect automated submissions without embedding an external service such as a captcha. The IP address is not stored in plain text, only as an encrypted check value.
5. Cookies and local storage
Without your consent this website sets no tracking cookies. We store your choice in the cookie notice in your browser so that we don’t have to ask you again on every visit. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). If you consent to statistics, Google Analytics also sets cookies (see section 6); the basis for this is your consent (Section 25 (1) TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer and delete the storage in your browser.
6. Web analytics with Google Analytics
If you consent to statistics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics evaluates how the website is used: pages viewed, time spent, where a visit came from (for example a search engine or a link), device, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; the IP address is only used to determine an approximate location and is then discarded. For this, Google Analytics sets the cookies “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>” with a lifetime of up to 24 months. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded; this is controlled by Google Consent Mode. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Google processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR); the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Google Analytics deletes event data after the configured retention period of at most 14 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deselecting statistics under “Cookie settings”. More in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Beyond this, no advertising or social media services are integrated, and no external fonts, maps or videos are loaded.
7. Link to the primover application
The “Log in” link leads to the primover application at netad.org. Merely visiting this website transfers no data to the application. Only when you follow the link do the application’s privacy notices apply.
8. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise it by “https://” in your browser’s address bar. This means the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Please contact the controller named above.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
11. Changes to this policy
We will adapt this policy as soon as the legal situation or the functions of this website change. The version published here applies in each case.
